Will it work without an internet connection?+
Yes. Core invoicing, stock, payments and local reporting work offline. Downloading installers and fetching IBJA benchmark rates require internet access. Benchmark rates are a reference, not a guaranteed retail selling rate.
What happens after the 14-day trial?+
You can activate a paid licence for the same store without erasing its records. The trial is for newly configured stores. After expiry, licence limits apply to new activity; keep backups and contact Tech Aditya for activation terms.
Can I manage gold and silver together?+
Yes. Track gold and silver stock, total batch weights and quantities, old-metal exchanges, purchases and metal payments. Invoice weights represent the full line; pieces affect stock quantity rather than multiplying the entered total weight.
What if my computer is replaced or stops working?+
A portable encrypted backup and its recovery passphrase let you recover on a compatible new installation. Keep backups off the original computer. Copying an OS-protected key file alone is not a portable recovery method.
Does this replace accounting or tax advice?+
No. The app supports your store’s billing and operational records. Confirm GST treatment, reporting and statutory requirements with your accountant. Cash flow is not the same as profit.
Can different staff have different permissions?+
Yes. Superadmin-managed accounts, roles and action permissions help restrict access to billing, inventory, payments, exports and administrative settings.
